Engage with authentic pieces and explore a variety of art materials and techniques to create your own heritage-inspired artwork! No experience needed!

This workshop celebrates the profound connection between local history, creativity and well-being, fostering mindfulness and a deeper appreciation for the museum’s impressive collection.

These workshops are offered on a ‘Pay as you Can’ basis.

About the Facilitator

Dr. Donna Betts is a board-certified art therapist, visual artist and Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries of Scotland. She brings together cultural heritage, creativity, and wellbeing in her work with museums and cultural organisations.
