Paisley Graveyard Survey

Want to get involved with Heritage Buddies? The group will be continuing their survey and recording of headstones and memorials at the Abbey Close Graveyard in Paisley this weekend.

If your’re interested in Archaeology Survey, gravestone recording, transcribing inscriptions and then carrying out genealogical research, then you are very welcome to come along, see what we the group are doing and join their growing group of volunteers.

Please email the team at info@heritagebuddies.uk to let them know you’re coming so they can keep track of numbers.

While Dig It! takes every opportunity to ensure that this information is accurate, we advise that you contact the event organiser before attending the event to avoid disappointment. As “39% of transport emissions come from cars” according to Net Zero Nation, Dig It! also encourages you to walk, wheel, cycle or use public transport to arrive at this event if possible.
