Camphill Dig 2026

As part of the Clyde Valley Archaeological Research Framework (CVARF), Archaeology Scotland and the University of Glasgow are running excavations at the Camphill Earthwork, a possible Iron Age enclosure, at the summit of Queens Park in the Southside of Glasgow.

Drop by the site between 10am and 3pm from 24 August to 4 September (excluding Sunday 30 August) for a free tour of the site and to observe archaeologists at work.

Or join a community archaeology open day on Saturday 29 August where you can enjoy site tours, heritage stalls, archaeology activities, storytelling and more.

Please note that this event is not being coordinated by Dig It!.
